To register for TVCS sports, please follow the registration link for your activity and the link for permission slip (this one only needs to be done once each year). Registration needs to be filled out online, and we ask you to please pay the registration fee through the FACTS website.
Please review the following documents. All athletes must have a physical form on file with the Activities Director (Band participants do not need a physical). One physical is needed for all three years of TVCS Athletics (6th-8th). All forms and fees must be completed to participate in TVCS athletics.

Registration Requirements
1. Physical Exam Form on file with the TVCS Athletic Director
(1 form is good year to year, for grades 6-8).
2. Registration Forms on file with the TVCS Athletic Director.
- Physical Exam Form
- Permission Slip / Liability Release Form (completed within registration process)
- Concussion Acknowledgement Form (completed within registration process)
3. Registration Fee – The fee for each activity is listed during registration.
