Biography:

Dylan Hite graduated from the University of Portland in 2019 with a degree in Elementary Education, a minor in French, and a reading endorsement. She is currently completing her Masters in Education through the Pacific Alliance for Catholic Education (PACE) program and will be teaching second grade this year at St. Mark's! She started running competitively in sixth grade and was tenth in the state of Oregon for cross country her senior year of high school. She competed at the state meets in cross country and track every year of high school, and then ran Division 1 Cross Country and Track at the University of Portland, resulting in 26 consecutive seasons of cross country, indoor, and outdoor track! Her favorite event is the Steeplechase and she loves to run as much as she can! This past year, she taught English in France and ran a half marathon in Paris, as well as tried mountain racing for the first time! She cannot wait to coach TVCS Cross Country and meet all the runners and their families!
